Practical guidance for using MedBridge Access. If you don't find what you need, our team is one message away.

Booking an Appointment

You can book a consultation directly from the Book an Appointment page. Choose the type of consultation, share a brief description of your concern, complete payment, then create your patient portal account. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a link to your portal.

If you need help choosing the right specialty or want to discuss your case before booking, reach out via WhatsApp or email and our team will guide you.

Uploading Medical Records

Once your account is created, log in to your portal and use the Upload Medical Document section to share scans, lab reports, prescriptions or doctor's letters. Accepted formats include PDF, JPG and PNG. You can upload several files at once. The treating doctor reviews these before your consultation.

Joining Your Video Consultation

At your appointment time, log in to your portal and click the green Join Call button next to your upcoming appointment. Your browser will ask for permission to use your camera and microphone — allow both.

For the best experience: use a recent version of Chrome, Edge or Safari; connect from a quiet place with a stable internet connection; close other heavy browser tabs; and keep your device plugged in. If the call doesn't connect, refresh the page once - if it still fails, message us on WhatsApp immediately and we will reschedule or reach the doctor by phone for you.

After Your Consultation

The doctor's written notes appear in your portal under Doctor Notes, usually within a few hours of the call. Any prescription will appear under My Prescriptions, downloadable as a PDF. Your full appointment history stays in your portal for reference and follow-up consultations.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is taken at the time of booking through a secure payment provider. We accept major international cards. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm. For refund and cancellation terms, see the Conditions of Sale.

Account & Login

If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. If your portal isn't showing the appointment you booked, check your confirmation email for the account email used at signup, then log in with that address. If anything still looks wrong, contact support and we'll resolve it quickly.

Travelling to India for Treatment

If your consultation results in a recommendation for in-person treatment in India, our medical-tourism coordinators take over from there. They help with hospital selection and cost estimates, visa documentation including the hospital invitation letter for an M-Visa, airport pickup, accommodation, translator support if needed, and post-treatment follow-up consultations.
