1. Independent Providers
All medical procedures are performed by independent doctors, hospitals, and clinics. MedBridge Access does not control or supervise their professional judgment or clinical decisions.
We are not responsible for:
- Surgical outcomes or complications
- Post‑operative issues or recovery
- Misdiagnosis or treatment errors
- Any form of medical negligence or malpractice
2. Travel & Accommodation
We may assist with travel and accommodation arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transport. These services are provided by independent third‑party providers.
We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Lost baggage or personal items
- Service quality or availability
- Visa or immigration issues
3. Local Support Services
Translators, drivers, and local coordinators are independent providers. MedBridge Access does not control their actions and is not responsible for their performance or conduct.
4. Patient Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Understanding the risks associated with medical travel
- Obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance
- Reviewing and understanding the proposed treatment and alternatives
- Following pre‑ and post‑treatment medical advice
- Arranging appropriate follow‑up care in your home country
5. No Guarantee
MedBridge Access does not guarantee treatment success, cost estimates, availability of services, or recovery timelines. All medical outcomes depend on individual circumstances and the independent providers involved.
