These Conditions of Sale govern all purchases, bookings, and paid services made through MedBridge Access LLP (“MedBridge Access”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Role of MedBridge Access

We facilitate payments and coordination for:

2. Pricing

Prices for services are displayed before purchase. Third‑party providers may change prices independently, and we are not responsible for such changes.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us or our payment partners to charge the applicable amounts.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the policies of the doctor, hospital, or third‑party provider. MedBridge Access may assist in communication but does not control refund decisions.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by provider. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policies that apply to your bookings. MedBridge Access is not responsible for losses arising from cancellations.

6. Third‑Party Charges

Airlines, hotels, hospitals, and other providers may impose additional fees, taxes, or surcharges. These are outside our control and are your responsibility.

7. No Warranty

We do not warrant the quality, safety, or success of medical or travel services purchased through the platform. All such services are provided by independent third parties.

8. Liability

MedBridge Access is not liable for medical outcomes, travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or third‑party service failures, except where required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
