Patient Consent & Acknowledgment

By using MedBridge Access LLP (“MedBridge Access”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and proceeding with telemedicine or medical tourism services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

1. Platform Role

You understand that MedBridge Access is a facilitator that connects patients with independent doctors, hospitals, and third‑party service providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Medical Independence

Doctors and healthcare providers act independently and are solely responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, and clinical outcomes. MedBridge Access does not control or supervise their professional judgment.

3. No Liability

You understand that MedBridge Access is not liable for medical negligence, treatment outcomes, complications, or any acts or omissions of doctors, hospitals, airlines, hotels, translators, or other third‑party providers.

4. Data Use

You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal and medical information as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing with doctors and relevant third‑party providers involved in your care and travel.

5. Telemedicine Limitations

You acknowledge that telemedicine has inherent limitations, including the absence of physical examination and potential technical issues. Telemedicine may not be appropriate for all conditions and does not replace in‑person evaluation where necessary.

6. Medical Tourism Risks

You understand the risks associated with international medical travel, including differences in medical standards, legal frameworks, and post‑treatment follow‑up options in your home country.

7. Voluntary Participation

Your use of MedBridge Access is voluntary. You may choose not to proceed with any consultation, treatment, or travel arrangement at any time, subject to applicable cancellation and refund policies.

8. Confirmation

By continuing to use MedBridge Access, booking consultations, or proceeding with medical tourism arrangements, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Patient Consent & Acknowledgment.
